Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in foreign currency dealing.

Qualification:

• Candidates must have Intermediate or Graduate qualifications.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling currency.

Responsibilities:

• Handle over-the-counter currency exchange transactions at booths/branches.
• Process transactions efficiently while minimizing customer wait times.
• Verify the authenticity of foreign currencies and identify counterfeit bills.
• Ensure compliance with exchange company SOPs.
• Reconcile and balance cash tills at the start and end of the day.
• Maintain and review daily transaction records and reports.
