Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree with a minimum of Second Division (16 years or above education) from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
- A minimum of 14 years of post-qualification relevant administrative experience in a university, government, or semi-government organization.
- Candidates with National or International level experience in BPS-17 or above are encouraged to apply.
- Preference will be given to those with knowledge of government rules and regulations. Proficiency in computer skills is mandatory.
- No 3rd division in academic career.

- The applicants must pay the Application Processing Fee.
- Include attested copies of CNIC, educational certificates (degrees, transcripts, marks sheets), domicile, PRC, experience certificates, and recent photographs.
- The last date to apply is January 15, 2025.
- Applications can be submitted to the I/C Registrar, SBBUVAS, Skrand.
- Applicants already serving in government or semi-government organizations should apply through the proper channel with an NOC.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, and no TA/DA will be provided.
