Eligibility Criteria:
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a recognized local or international institution, accredited by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s Degree or other professional qualifications/certifications.
Experience:
- A minimum of 15 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, particularly in retail credit.
- Significant personal credit approval authority with a major bank(s) will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in NPL (Non-Performing Loan) recovery and collection management.
