Education:
- Minimum 16 years of education or a Master’s degree in MBA/M.Com specializing in Finance, Accounting, or related fields from an HEC-recognized university.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CA, ACMA, or ACCA are desirable.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or investment management in the non-profit or charitable sector.

- 25 to 50 years
